A Message from Janis Kidd, Founder of Refined Wellness Products

Wellness is more than just a business for me; it is a lifelong practice rooted in the lessons I learned growing up near the Gulf of Mexico. Watching my parents, who grew our own food and lived with incredible vitality, taught me early on that health is a daily commitment. My mother, who lived to be 100 years bold, remains my greatest inspiration and the standard for what I hope to help others achieve.

As a lifelong educator and librarian, I have spent my career mastering the art of research, a skill I now apply daily to the science of longevity. I believe in keeping the brain engaged and the body moving, which is why I founded Refined Wellness Products. I bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern technology by curating the same high-quality saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapies that I personally rely on every day.

My routine is simple: I focus on whole foods, daily movement, and the restorative power of these wellness tools. I am honored to share these products with you as you build your own foundation for a long, vibrant, and "bold" life.

Thank you for supporting my small business!
