Instructions

Assemble the base stand and position the panel in your desired location. Power on the device using the LCD control panel or the included remote control. Select your preferred light mode, red light (630nm/660nm), near-infrared (810nm/850nm), or both simultaneously. Set your session duration using the built-in timer, then position yourself at the recommended distance from the panel. Wear the included protective sunglasses during sessions for eye protection. After each session, power off the device and allow the integrated cooling fans to dissipate residual heat. Clean the panel surface with a soft, dry cloth only. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
