The recommended session time is 15 minutes per treatment area. The foot therapy device measures 11.5" × 11" and features 1,188 LEDs, accommodating both feet simultaneously. The lower back pad measures 11" × 16" with 1,188 LEDs and is also suitable for use on the thighs, hamstrings, and knees. Two calf pads, each measuring 11" × 7" with 540 LEDs, wrap around the calves or other areas. All devices are flexible, comfortable, and designed for home or travel use.

Instructions

Place the foot device on a flat surface and position both feet on top for simultaneous coverage. Wrap each calf pad around the calf or desired treatment area and secure comfortably. Position the lower back pad against the lower back, thighs, hamstrings, or knees as needed. Power on each device and select your preferred wavelength setting — 660nm, 850nm, or dual spectrum. Run a 15-minute session per treatment area. Multiple devices can be used simultaneously for full lower-body coverage. After each session, power off all devices and store them in the included travel bag. Clean pads with a soft, dry cloth only, avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
